At Safety Devices, your protection is our priority, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all equipment that remains in its original, unopened packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box with all manuals and accessories included, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our specialized safety inspection facility.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's integrity and condition, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
